The description says:
"Mini AD Spot Module v1.2 for Joomla 1.5.x - Joomla-layouts.com To configure, go to Extensions - Module Manager, and look for "Mini Ad Spot" in the modules list. Click on it and configure the parameters according to your needs. Thanks for supporting our work!"

Just change the version number
