I used version 1.2 with RocketTheme's MixxMag template without problem and then I updated to 1.3 and the tooltip is gone. I admit though that I also updated the template to its latest version so I'm not which is conflicting with what.

Any ideas?

Check your index file to make the script line is still attached.
