its allowed to use it. As long as i leave the text and links in the footer. When i want to take out these links i have to buy that template.
But its ok in this way as far as i know.

Yes I see the link now. I didn't look up in the source. It's a template issue. You see that the commented lines are in fact the same link to the template creators. Something is not wright with these lines. All I can tell you is that IE doesn't seem to notice the closing "-->" string and it thinks that the whole text after "not allowed...." until the end of the page is just comment.

I'm sorry but it's something particular with your website. I tested it again, this version has over 1 year and has been tested by many people until this day. I cannot help you since it's something exclusively on your site that I don't know, because I'm not the one who made it or tested on it.
