If you're using 1.5.x you'll have a file called blank.jpg in /modules/mod_miniadspot/images directory. This file is 32x32px. Create a new file by yourself with any dimensions, name it blank.jpg and replace the old one. This is for blank ads. For any other ads use the same dimensions.
